Who we are
tacc.love and everything on it (the books, the eight modules, the member dashboard, Luma and the coach chat) are run by A.BC.D.F.LLC, a limited liability company registered in New York. When we say "T.A.C.C.", "we" or "us", we mean A.BC.D.F.LLC.

Not medical care
T.A.C.C. is a wellness and resilience programme built from lived experience. It is not therapy, medicine or a crisis service, and it does not replace a doctor, counsellor or emergency help. If you are in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number right now.

Your account
You need to be 18 or older. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login. We can close accounts that abuse the service, other members or our team.

Buying things
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged by Stripe, our payment processor. Digital purchases (The Audio, the course, the bundle, B2B seats) unlock on this site for the email you used to buy. Books sold on Amazon and modules sold on Gumroad are under those stores' own terms.

Refunds
If something didn't work or wasn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you. Refunded purchases re-lock the content they unlocked.

Your words
Journal notes are private to you — we never publish them. When you send a story (from the site form or from a journal note), you give us permission to publish it on the site, signed the way you chose, until you ask us to take it down. Email us and we will.

Our content
The books, videos, narrations, module text, the Companion Manual and the T.A.C.C. name and marks belong to Rich Culmer and A.BC.D.F.LLC. Use them for yourself or your team. Don't resell, copy or re-host them.

Companies
B2B seats and workshops are sold under a written quote or agreement. If that document says something different from this page, the document wins for that deal.

Emails
We send emails you asked for (confirmation, receipts, daily grounding, welcome series, Sunday review, grace-day nudges, launch notes). Every one has a stop link. Transactional emails like receipts and password resets are sent regardless.

Changes and the law
